CSA 2021 Membership Agreement
By purchasing a CSA share, I agree to accept the risks and rewards inherent to farming. I understand that Great Country Farms will work in good faith to produce the best possible crop using sustainable growing methods, but I also understand that crops may be damaged by natural forces beyond the farmer’s control, and that my share may be affected by such damage.
I understand that my share will be divided into 20 portions, available weekly beginning on June 1 and continuing through October 16. I agree to abide by the guidelines specific to the pick-up location I have chosen. I understand that the price I pay for my share is an investment in the farm’s operating budget, and that it cannot be refunded after July 1. I have read the CSA refund policy below, and I accept it.
I understand that my membership includes unlimited admission to the farm during normal hours of operation for members of my immediate family.
I understand that U-pick bonus must be picked at the farm. Bonuses cannot be shipped, rescheduled, exchanged for other products, or claimed in the farm market; they must be picked in the fields, which are not accessible by foot. Guests must ride to the fields in our tractor-drawn wagons, which run regularly throughout the day.
I understand I will receive a 10% discount on any additional produce I pick or purchase, and a 10% discount on farm parties. I understand that my membership does not include complimentary field trip admission.
I understand that the e-newsletter Crop Talk is the farm’s primary vehicle for communicating with its members, and I agree to stay abreast of farm news by reading the newsletter every week.

Refunds & Cancellations for all CSA Shares:
Share prices cannot be refunded after July 1. If you cancel your CSA membership before July 1, we will refund payments made towards unused weeks remaining in the CSA season as of your cancellation date.
