This is the agreement for Fan of the Farm Season Pass.
By purchasing a Fan of the Farm Season Pass, I agree to accept the risks and rewards inherent to farming. I understand that Great Country Farms will work in good faith to produce the best possible crop using sustainable growing methods, but I also understand that crops may be damaged by natural forces beyond the farmer’s control, and that produce availability may be affected by such damage.
- I understand that my Fan of the Farm Season Pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and includes unlimited admission to the farm during normal hours of operation for members of my immediate family of up to 6 guests. Additional family members over 6 on the same subscription may be added for $50/person.
- I understand I will receive a 25% discount on produce I pick or purchase at the Farm Market.
- I understand that my membership does not include complimentary field trip admission.
- I understand that the e-newsletter is the farm’s primary vehicle for communicating with Season Pass Members, and I agree to stay abreast of farm news by reading the newsletter.
- Please send all questions or comments to askthefarmer@GreatCountryFarms.com. In most cases, we’ll respond within 24 hours.
- I understand that it is my responsibility to update any change in contact information.
Refunds & Cancellations:
- I understand that my Fan of the Farm Season Pass is non-refundable and goes to support the farm operations.
- I understand the this subscription will automatically renew unless I request to cancel prior to the renewal date. A reminder email will be sent prior to the automatic renewal.
