Book our Sunflower Hut for your child’s birthday or group of up to 40 guests! Enjoy celebration
time with your family and friends in this open-air, barn venue, and enjoy all the fun in our 12-acre play area including the jumping pillow, mazes, slides, swings and visiting the animals.
Sunflower Hut Package Cost is $200 for the venue PLUS $14/guest Farm Admission with a minimum of 15 paying guests up to a maximum of 40 guests. Adults and children are both counted in the 40 guest count. For example: A party with 10 children and 10 Adults would be $200 + $280 admission = $480+tax.
The Sunflower Hut Farm Party Package Includes:

- 3 hours in one of our venues with a party host to help deliver your farm items such as feed cups & gem bags and to assist with set up and clean up.
- Choice of party times which include your set up & clean up time. We suggest a guest arrival time of 10:30, 2:30 and 6:30 so you have time to set up prior to guests arriving.
- 10am-1pm
- 2pm-5pm
- 6pm-9pm (bring your flashlights for the Corn Maze & play area at night!)
- Full access to the 12 acre Farm Play Area and newly remodeled Farm Ninja Obstacle Course, Irrigation Station Splash Pad and Fall Apple & Pumpkin Harvest Activities.
- You are welcome to bring your own non-alcoholic drinks, food and dessert with everything you need to serve those items.

The Sunflower hut, painted with a whimsical wall of sunflowers, is situated directly across from our Farm Market and comfortably seats up to 35-40 guests, with easy unload access from our parking lot and convenient access to public restrooms.
We also offer the option to serve Henway Hard Cider and Bluemont Vineyard Wines with a venue booking.
We are here rain or shine! We do understand the need to cancel due to inclement weather, in which your non-refundable deposit may be transferred to another date.
*Please request party dates at least two weeks in advance to allow for staffing and event coordination.
