Little Farmers: Turkeys

November 20 @ 10:30 am - 11:15 am

Gobble, gobble!

Little farmers will get up close with our farm turkeys, learn about their unique features and fun facts, and enjoy a turkey-themed story. Then, we’ll head back to the Corn Crib for a festive turkey craft and a chance to share what we’re thankful for. It’s a fun, hands-on way to celebrate the season and learn about these fascinating farm birds!

What Are Little Farmers Education Classes?

Designed especially for children ages 2–5, Little Farmers is a 45-minute, hands-on educational experience led by one of our very own Great Country Farms staff members!

Each class combines an engaging educational lesson with a fun, farm-inspired activity that lets little ones learn by doing. Depending on the topic and season, activities may include creating a craft to take home, visiting a U-Pick field or orchard, planting their very own crop, and more!

It’s a wonderful way for little farmers to explore nature, discover where their food comes from, and make meaningful memories on the farm.
