Spring/Summer Birthday Package is $250 for the first 15 guests and $10/ Additional Guest for April-August Parties. Adults and children are both counted in the guest count.
For example: A Spring/Summer Party with 10 children and 10 Adults would be $250 for first 15 guests + $50 for 5 additional guest admissions = $300+tax+ gratuity
Fall Birthday Party Package is $350 for the venue plus $14/Guest for September, October & November. . Adults and children are both counted in the guest count.
For example: A September/ October party with 10 children and 10 Adults would be $350 for first 15 guests + $70 for 5 additional guest admissions = $420+tax+ gratuity

Farm Birthday Party Package Includes:

- 3 hours total (including set up and clean up time) in one of our venues with a party host to help deliver your farm items such as feed cups & gem bags and to assist with set up and clean up.
- Choice of party times include your set up & clean up time. We suggest a guest arrival time of 10:30, 2:30 and 6:30 so you have time to set up prior to guests arriving.
- 10am-1pm (10:30- 12:30 guest celebration time)
- 2pm-5pm (2:30-4:30 guest celebration time)
- 6pm-9pm (6:30-8:30 guest celebration time)
- Full access to the 15 acre Farm Play Area and newly remodeled Farm Ninja Obstacle Course, Irrigation Station Splash Pad and any Festival activities on your selected party date.
- Farmhand Party Host to assist with set up and clean up.
- 1 Priority Parking space close to your venue for easy loading and unloading.
- We offer food from our concession stand and the option to serve Henway Hard Cider or Bluemont Wine for your 21+guests attending.
- You are welcome to bring your own non-alcoholic drinks, food and dessert with everything you need to serve those items. Don’t forget the birthday candles and a lighter!
- We also offer the option to serve Henway Hard Cider and Bluemont Vineyard Wines with a venue booking.
- We are here rain or shine! We do understand the need to reschedule due to inclement weather, in which your non-refundable deposit may be transferred to another date. Cancellations do incur a $100 cancellation fee.

The Sunflower Hut

Guests are welcome to bring decor for their party theme including balloons. Optional red check table cloths are $15/table.
The Sunflower hut, painted with a whimsical wall of sunflowers, is situated directly across from our Farm Market and comfortably seats up to 35-40 guests, with easy unload access from our parking lot and convenient access to public restrooms.
The Corn Crib

Picnic Tables in the Corn Crib picnic venue at Great Country Farms
The Corn Crib, one of our historic 19th century barn venues, was originally built to dry the corn harvest, and it always catches the cooling summer breezes. Covered in grape vines, this rustic structure is a charming site for corporate picnics, family celebrations or a casual rehearsal dinner where your wedding party can truly get to know each other. The Corn Crib is outfitted with picnic tables, and a bonfire ring.

Celebrate your Birthday in our INDOOR Play Area – December 2026 – February 2027
Celebrate with a reserved party area sectioned off in our our Farm Market during your 90 minute INDOOR play session. This party area reservation is $100 and includes:
- two (2) eight-foot tables with white bistro chairs seating up to 20 guests
- option to add up to 4 tables for larger parties up to 40 guests
- counters for cake and food
- reserved parking next to the bakery
- Bring your own cake, food, & decor for your party theme
- 15 minutes of set up and 15 minutes of clean up
- assistance from our farmhand team for set up and clean up
- Option to add on Red Check table linens for $15/tableNote: this is an add option and tickets for Indoor play must be purchased for children to enjoy the play space in addition to this birthday space.
